These Purchase Terms (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Dymoro® online store. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and accepted our applicable store policies.

Please note that receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been fully accepted or processed.

5. Order Changes and Cancellation

Customer safety is important to Dymoro®.

Automotive accessories should never be installed or used in a way that interferes with safe driving.

Customers should not:

  • Adjust phone mounts while actively driving

  • Place products where they obstruct windshield visibility

  • Block airbags or airbag deployment areas

  • Allow organizers or accessories to interfere with seat belts

  • Place loose objects near vehicle pedals

  • Operate inflators or other equipment contrary to manufacturer instructions

  • Use products in violation of applicable traffic or vehicle safety laws

Always make adjustments while safely parked where appropriate.

12. Emergency and Roadside Products

Customers should familiarize themselves with emergency products before an emergency occurs and verify that the product is appropriate for their vehicle.

For example, some modern vehicles use laminated side glass that may respond differently to conventional window-breaking tools.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dymoro® will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
